| Unlike previous ARC Flex levers, the Composite levers are not made of aluminum but of a very lightweight special plastic that can bend in the event of a fall, preventing it from breaking. The special plastic compound offers a so-called memory effect, meaning the lever returns to its original shape after bending. It is designed to provide sufficient rigidity for operation, so it does not bend during braking or clutch engagement. This only occurs in the event of a fall. In addition, the COMPOSITE levers are adjustable for hand size and position, and can fold forward via the hinge in the event of a crash. Compared to other products on the market, the ARC levers are distinguished by virtually no play in the bearings, high-quality materials, and superior build quality. |
