ARC FLEX CLUTCH LEVER „POWER LEVER COMPOSITE“
Flexible plastic levermaximum break resistance
ARC „Power Levers“ are replacement levers with an adjustable gear ratio for brakes and clutches. Unlike standard levers with a fixed pivot point, the „Power Levers“ use interchangeable gear ratio chips that alter the mechanical leverage at the pivot point. The Power Lever system is a patented technology.
Each lever includes:
- 3 tuning chips
- a total of 6 gear ratios
This allows riders to fine-tune the following settings:
- Actuation force (lighter or firmer)
- Engagement timing
- Modulation and overall control feel
Whether you prefer a smoother feel for long races or a sharper, more direct response for the start of a racewith the Power Lever System, you can precisely adjust your settings without needing multiple leversand without compromising on the strength and durability of ARC.
The ARC Flex clutch levers are adjustable for hand size and position. ARC levers flip forward in the event of a crash, preventing the time-consuming replacement of broken levers. The levers come with a special slide bushing and screw (depending on the model). Compared to other products on the market, ARC levers stand out for their virtually zero play, high-quality materials, and superior craftsmanship.

ARC FLEX CLUTCH LEVER COMPOSITE
Unlike previous ARC Flex levers, the Composite levers are not made of aluminum but of a very lightweight special plastic that can flex in the event of a fall and thus does not break.
The special plastic compound offers a so-called memory effect, meaning the lever returns to its original shape after bending. It is designed to provide sufficient rigidity for operation, so it does not bend during braking or clutch engagement. This only occurs in the event of a fall.
In addition, the COMPOSITE levers are adjustable for hand size and position, and can fold forward via the hinge in the event of a fall. Compared to other products on the market, the ARC levers stand out due to virtually no play in the bearings, high-quality materials, and superior manufacturing quality.
