ESJOT sprockets are among the best on the market worldwide. A special nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel, high-quality case hardening, and the DIAMOND CUT process ensure exceptionally high strength and durabilityideal for the high-wear conditions of motocross and enduro.
Properties:
- 16 MnCR 5 steel
- Machined on CNC automatic lathes
- Gear teeth manufactured using the Diamond-Cut process
- Case hardening to 700 HV 40 with a penetration depth of 0.4 mm
- Modern broaching machines ensure a precise fit on the drive shaft with a
- circular and radial runout tolerance of less than 0.1 mm
Diamond-Cut is an innovative production process that achieves a significantly higher quality standard compared to conventional milled sprockets. Precision tools ensure an optimized cutting pattern. At the same time, the material in the tooth flank area is highly work-hardened. Only the highest-quality German steels are used to ensure consistently high quality.
