ESJOT ultralight steel sprockets were developed specifically for the extremely harsh conditions of motocross and enduro racing. By using very high-quality steel, along with modern design methods and FEM calculations, the weight-to-strength ratio has been optimized to the highest degree. Compared to conventional steel sprockets, an ESJOT Ultralight steel sprocket offers a weight reduction of over 35%. Manufacturing using modern production processes also ensures tight manufacturing tolerances. Ideally suited for use in muddy and high-wear conditions.
