ESJOT sprockets are among the best on the market worldwide. A special nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel, high-quality case hardening, and the DIAMOND CUT processensure exceptionally high strength and durabilitymaking them ideally suited for the high-wear conditions of motocross and enduro.

- Case hardening to 700 HV 40 with a penetration depth of 0.4 mm

Diamond-Cut is an innovative production process that achieves a significantly higher quality standard compared to conventional milled sprockets. Precision tools ensure an optimized cutting pattern. At the same time, the material in the tooth flank area is highly work-hardened. Only the highest-quality German steels are used to ensure consistently high quality.
